the total construction area of the project is 59422.7m2, of which the construction area of Building 5 is 13064.98m2, and the construction area of building 6 and 7 is 46357.72m2. The structural system is cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear wall structure, and the foundation is high-strength prestressed pipe pile or manual hole digging pile. The building has one floor underground and thirty-two floors above the ground. The height of the first floor underground is 4.4m~5.7m, the height of the first floor is 4.5m, the height of the second floor is 3.0m, and the height of the third floor ~ thirty-two floors is 2.9m; The height of the building (the height from the outdoor ground to the cornice of the main roof) is 93.65m for the 5th floor, and 94.65m for the 6th and 7th floors

3. Regularly carry out fire safety measures, safety inspections of facilities and equipment, and timely eliminate fire hazards

5. Regularly carry out fire safety production education and training for management personnel and operators on the construction site

6. Formulate the layout plan of fire-fighting facilities on the construction site, establish a fire safety emergency rescue system, prepare a fire emergency rescue plan, and regularly organize fire emergency rescue drills

7. The width of the main access lane on the construction site is 6m, the clear height is 4.5m, and the width of other fire lanes is 4m. When there are obstacles above the temporary fire lane, the clearance between the road and the obstacles is 4m. The temporary fire lane shall be unblocked, and stacking, stacking or parking of vehicles is prohibited on the temporary fire lane

8. The temporary fire water supply system must be equipped with two sets of pressurized equipment (one for use and one for standby). The type selection of pressurized equipment should be determined according to the water consumption and total pressure. The flow of the pressurized water pump should not be less than 36m3 per hour, and the lift of the pressurized water pump should not be less than 130m. The pressurized water pump adopts self-priming suction, and its power supply adopts a special power supply circuit. The pressurized water pump should be commissioned once a month; The pressurized water pump control box should be close to the duty room, which should have a specially assigned person on duty. The effective range of each water gun should not be less than 13m, and the water pressure at the interface of the self rescue water gun at the highest point of the system should not be less than 0.15 MPa (1.5 kg). A check valve shall be installed at the main water inlet of the system, that is, the outlet of the pressurized equipment. A fire-fighting combiner and pressure relief device shall be set behind the check valve, and the height of the combiner is 1.1m; A pressure gauge shall be installed at the highest point of the system

9. The fire riser shall be galvanized steel pipe, and the pipe diameter shall not be less than 50mm. The fire riser should be laid along the outer wall column, and the layout position should ensure that the fire truck can be close to it

10. The fire water source should meet the requirements that the use of fire plastics increases the fire water consumption within the disaster duration by 210 times. The effective volume of the fire water pool should not be less than 10m3, and the depth of the pool should not be less than 1.2m; The pipe diameter of the main pipe of temporary fire water shall not be less than 100mm; The water level of the fire pool should be checked regularly, the water volume should be guaranteed, and the sediment and debris in the fire pool should be cleaned up in time

11. Obvious fire safety warning signs in line with national standards shall be set at the entrance of the construction site, temporary electrical facilities, scaffolds, access exits, staircases and places where inflammable and explosive dangerous substances are stored

12. The construction site must establish an approval system for the use of open flame and electric and gas welding operations, and strictly implement the approval procedures for the application for hot work on the construction site. The personnel who carry out electric and gas welding operations shall pass the examination of the competent construction department and obtain the operation qualification certificate of special construction operators before taking up the post

13. When using open fire, operators should remove combustibles and other flammable and dangerous materials around, and equip sufficient fire-fighting equipment as required. The full-time safety officer shall be responsible for the implementation of supervision personnel and supervision measures. When electric and gas welding and cutting operations are carried out at heights, protective shielding must be implemented around and below the operation, and the welding slag should be connected in containers; After the operation, it must be confirmed that there is no fire hazard before leaving the operation site

14. The safety used on the construction site must comply with national standards or industrial standards, and the qualified flame-retardant dense mesh safety stand must be used. Those who do not meet the safety requirements shall not enter the construction site for use

15. The construction unit shall establish a temporary electricity safety management system on the construction site and strengthen the temporary electricity safety management. Electricians shall pass the examination of the competent construction department and obtain the operation qualification certificate of special construction operators before taking up their posts. Overload protection devices must be installed for temporary power consumption. Power lines and lighting lines must be set separately at the construction site, and corresponding power safety devices must be installed respectively

16. The use of inflammables and explosives on the construction site should comply with the following provisions:

○ 1. Inflammables and explosives are not allowed to be stored in the construction project, and the warehouse for storing inflammables and explosives must be built in a suitable place

○ 2. The plane layout of the construction site must comprehensively consider the fire prevention requirements, and clearly divide the inflammable and explosive warehouse area and the fire prohibition operation area

○ 3. Inflammables and explosives should be stored in a special warehouse according to their properties. The warehouse should be built with flame-retardant materials. It is strictly forbidden to use open fire or high heat and strong light source lamps in the warehouse, and the temporary electricity should meet the fire prevention regulations

○ 4. The working distance between oxygen cylinders and acetylene cylinders shall not be less than 5 meters, the distance between gas cylinders and open flame operation shall not be less than 10 meters, and acetylene cylinders shall not be placed horizontally

○ 5. The distance between general lamps and inflammables should not be less than 300mm, and the distance between spotlights, iodine tungsten lamps and other high heat lamps and inflammables should not be less than 500mm, and inflammables should not be directly exposed. Thermal insulation measures shall be taken when the specified safety distance is not reached

17. The allocation of fire-fighting equipment at the construction site shall comply with the following provisions according to law:

○ 1. Two 10 liter fire extinguishers shall be equipped for every 100 square meters at the fire place of the operation floor, the constant displacement control of the office area, the warehouse and other fire-proof parts

18. The setting of temporary facilities such as office buildings must comply with the following provisions:

○ 1. Temporary office buildings on the construction site must be set independently in open areas

○ 2. Each office room shall have at least one door and one window

19. For the inflammable and combustible materials such as shavings, sawdust, paint scraps and so on, the full-time safety officer should urge the operators to clean them in time, store them in the centralized site temporarily and treat them uniformly, and it is strictly prohibited to burn them. The temporary storage yard should be set up with fire signs and equipped with fire prevention facilities

20. In case of fire on the construction site, the relevant personnel on the site shall immediately call the police and report to the person in charge of the construction unit; After receiving the report, the person in charge of the construction unit shall start accident emergency rescue in accordance with the fire emergency rescue plan of the unit, take effective measures to organize rescue, control the development of the situation, prevent the expansion of the accident, reduce casualties and property losses, and report to the relevant departments in accordance with the regulations, and shall not hide or lie
